Dell 3542 (FX3MC 13269-1) shutdown after 30 minutes

Hello Masters,
I have Dell inspiron 15-3542 cedar_intel-mb 13269-1 fx3mc (core i5-4210U) laptop which has problem of shutdown after exact 30 minutes. I already have flashed the BIOS with different version and with CLEAR ME and also replaced BIOS IC but the problem remains same.
I need help to solve the problem.

I have checked cooling system and its perfect but problem is after system ON its SHUTDOWN
after exact 30 minute every time. Not more and less than 30 minutes. One of the reason for timely shutdown is due to corrupt ME REGION in BIOS but I have tried with fresh CLEAR ME REGION but the problem is still same.
